SAMPLE WALK THROUGH OF AN EVENT:
Friendly Competition Format: Your team arrives to enjoy a short 'cocktail hour' complete with appetizers and a full bar, with liquor or no liquor. The teams are then broken into several smaller teams where they listen to our class introduction and demonstration. When the signal is given, each team will be given a recipe or multiple recipes that they must plan, manage, and complete within a set timeframe. Teams will work in their individual teams as well as interact with the other teams to complete their recipes. To make it even more challenging, we will add little surprises, such as missing ingredients, to force the teams to think outside the box. When completed, the teams will create unique presentations for their food and work together as a whole to prepare the room for their meal. While the whole team eats and enjoys their creations, our chefs will judge the 'Best of Show' based on taste, presentation, and closeness to the actual recipe. Our chefs will crown the winner, provide feedback on the creations, and do additional culinary demonstrations to close out the event.
